Pure, 100% Arabica estate-grown coffee from the Ipiranga Estate, which is situated in the southern part of the State of Minas Gerais in one of Brazil's best coffee-growing regions.

Organic cultivation at the Ipiranga Estate is certified for Europe by the Swiss Institute for Market Ecology (IMO, headquartered in Weinfelden, Switzerland). The entire production output of our estate also adheres to the requirements of Japan's stringent JAS laws, as well as the USA's National Organic Program, making Blue de Brasil one of the few coffees in the world to be certified for Europe, America and Asia.

Of equal importance to the Ipiranga Estate's shunning of all forms of agrochemicals (pesticides, fungicides, insecticides and herbicides), and its delicate processing of the coffee beans, is its socially responsible commitment to the people who work there.
